Processing Times

- In stock items generally ship within 2–5 business days.

- Custom orders vary based on project scope; estimated timelines are provided during ordering.

Shipping Methods

- We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

- Large furniture pieces may require freight delivery or local drop‑off.  Freight delivery will be quoted based on current freight delivery rates.  All pieces quoted as freight delivery will be quoted with liftgate service.

Local drop-off may include a fee for furniture pieces over a certain size. 

Local Delivery

- Free local delivery is available in certain zip codes in the Nixa, Ozark, and Springfield areas for most items.  If your address is eligible, it will appear as an option at checkout. 

- Large furniture pieces may require a fee for local delivery.

Shipping Costs

- Calculated at checkout or quoted during custom order discussions.
